• It is your responsibility to follow visa terms and depart on time. Any overstay penalties are solely the applicant’s responsibility.
• The applicant’s passport must have at least seven (7) months’ validity before applying for a visa. The applicant is responsible for ensuring this.
• The Best Traveling.Com cannot be held accountable for any issues arising from visa refusal or rejection.
• Emergency modifications or cancellations may incur extra charges.
• The Best Traveling.Com is not liable for losses or damages due to visa denials, travel plan changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
• For individual submissions, The Best Traveling.Com only handles the paperwork. Applicants must attend embassy interviews independently if required.
• If traveling with children, ensure they have the necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, as required by the destination country.

Documents Needed for Job Holders

1. A passport valid for at least seven (7) months, along with the old passport (if applicable).
2. Recent photographs taken within the last 3 months (studio quality, white background, without glasses, background: white and visible ears)
3. Bank statements for the last six months with a bank solvency certificate (minimum balance BDT 80,000 for each applicant and BDT 160,000 for Family applications).
4. Visiting card.
5. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer.
6. Copy of office/organization ID card.
7. Occupational verification document (BMDC certificate for doctors, BAR Council Certificate for advocates).

Documents Needed for Business Owners

1. A passport valid for at least seven (7) months, along with the old passport (if applicable).
2. Recent photographs taken within the last 3 months (studio quality, white background, without glasses, background: white and visible ears)
3. Bank statements for the last six months with a bank solvency certificate (minimum balance BDT 80,000 for each applicant and BDT 160,000 for Family applications).
4. A copy of the public notarized and updated trade license (translated into English).
5. Memorandum for Limited Company.
6. Blank page of the office pad.
7. Visiting card.

Documents Needed for Students

1. A passport valid for at least seven (7) months, along with the old passport (if applicable).
2. Recent photographs taken within the last 3 months (studio quality, white background, without glasses, background: white and visible ears)
3. Bank statements for the last six months with a bank solvency certificate (minimum balance BDT 80,000 for each applicant and BDT 160,000 for Family applications).
4. Copy of student ID card.
5. Birth certificate (for children and infants).
6. Parents / Guardian’s bank statement with solvency certificate and supporting documents (Passport/NID copy, Visiting card, Trade lenience & Business pad for businessman)

Documents Needed for Other Relations

1. A passport valid for at least seven (7) months, along with the old passport (if applicable).
2. Recent photographs taken within the last 3 months (studio quality, white background, without glasses, background: white and visible ears)
3. Bank statements for the last six months with a bank solvency certificate (minimum balance BDT 80,000 for each applicant and BDT 160,000 for Family applications).
4. e-TIN/TIN certificate (if required by the embassy).
5. Marriage certificate or Nikahnama copy if not mention spouse name in passport (If in Bangla, notarize the English translation and submit both versions).

Applicants must submit soft copies of all required documents (no shadows, no reflections or no glare).

Hard copies and passports are not required.
